Motion is not an issue with this TV. Unlike the XBR4 it is smooth & smear free. A bonus is the W4100 does not have that ugly glass ring around it like the XBR4 does. Scren is a little on the reflective side but no where near as bad as the Sammy 650 or a plasma. I was worried about the 8 bit panel but not any more, the picture is awesome! Sony hit a homerun with this model & at a great price.
