I have had my Mediasmart for three weeks. I have it networked into my home Gigabyte network. It was easy to install and easy to expand. I purchase three 1TB SATA drives and poped them into the removable drawers. The server immediately recognized the drives and brought them on line. It is quiet and has a nice small footprint. Included software makes automated backup a snap and automated collection of media transparent. By the beginning of the next day, three machines had been backuped, and over 300 GB of digital media (photos, videos, and music) had been collected and stored on two separate spindles.
